WHO WE ARE – Bella Vista Consulting is led by Bill Farrelly, a fully qualified Quantity Surveyor who has been a member of the Australian Institute of Quantity Surveyors since 1987.  Bill is highly skilled in all aspects of Quantity Surveying and has worked on a diverse range of projects in the construction, infrastructure, resources and telecommunication sectors in over 18 countries. 

Having worked closely for many years with both clients and contractors, he has the rare skill of being able to appreciate all perspectives and is therefore able to deliver appropriate advice for the situation.

WHAT WE OFFER – With low overheads and access to additional personnel at short notice, we provide a cost effective yet highly professional service that addresses client needs.  Whether the need is for a single consultant or a team, we provide timely, high quality advice and supporting documentation for all types of construction projects.

OFFICES – Our office is located in Sydney, and we have affiliations with similar practices in Perth and on the Gold Coast. This allows us to provide services nationwide at short notice.
